Blood, flies and a number of less appealing substances were smeared across the walls and floor in disturbing patterns. A human sacrifice would have been quicker, but it didn't seem to sit well with everyone involved. The animal corpses nailed to the rafters attested to the compromise. Midnite sounded only partially irritated. Ritual work always distracted him.

Hopping to the side of the innermost circle, the rabbit turned to face the Englishman.

"Those cigarettes will try to kill you again. I can smell it on your breath. Cancer is so very pungent."
His tiny red eyes glittered wickedly.

"Are you ready?"

"Not as much fun that way squire, trust me." He's looking over the work that's been done in the room musingly.

"'Least I'm choosin' the way I go, could be runnin' around in a fur suit playin' Peter Cottontail like you." He grins through a cloud of smoke at Midnight.

Being a rabbit art the moment, his glower was lost upon Constantine. 'Sinister' was a look that simply couldn't find purchase on him for the moment. Oddly it didn't bother him overly much. Constantine was going to Hell sooner or later, of that much he was certain. The same could be said of himself perhaps, but so long as the English bastard went first, that was enough.

Biting his own paw, he let his blood flow and mingle with the grisly diagram upon the floor. He let memories of human existence roll through his mind and he focused fiercely upon thoughts. It was Constantine's turn now. He was the mage that would conduct the invocation.
