"As I live and breathe - the prodigal sons return. So who's running the show today - or is it a double feature?"

The Riddler, one of the least lethal and arguably most sane of Arkham's inmates, has turned out to greet the returning Mr. Dent.

Harvey's face remains stone.

"That riddle won't be answered," is his cold response.

Nygma is undaunted by the stony response.

"You actually almost did it, this time. You almost avoided coming back here. Though, a casual reading of the trial transcripts hinted that you might've been holding back a little in your defense. Tell me, Harvey - what was the secret of your near-success?"

As the guards lead him past Nygma's cell, he doesn't look back.

"I'm not crazy."

A mouse of a man presses close to get a glimpse as Dent passes by. The look on his face is slightly sad, disappointed even. So few leave Arkham never to return. He had hoped maybe just this once...

Harvey's eyes shift slightly.

Arnold Wesker.

He knows the jury doesn't think him as pathetic as Wesker... yet they confine them together anyway.

His face remains coldly still.

From somewhere to the rear of the cell comes a yell. "Whatcha lookin' at, ya Dummy?!"

"A dummy," comes the clipped response as he passes. Humorless and cold.

A cheerful voice rings out and echoes down the hall. "Hey!!! It's Harv!!!"

The grin on her face is radiant. "Hey Harv! How ya doin'?!?"

His jaw clenches.

"Great," he answers, humorlessly.

"Still sick on the Clown?"

Her face immediately scrunches up in a sneer. "Why that double-crossin', good for nothin', two-bit..."

The sneer melts away and a dreamy far off look replaces it. "Yeah," she sighs in happiness.

"Pathetic."

Hate the Clown.

Ivy's cell is damp, but lacks light or anything resembling contact with the outside. Some astute people, Dent among them, will know it is over-watering and underfeeding her. Like dying of thirst in the middle of the ocean.

He should expect catcalls. Sneers. Abuse.

Today, she just looks up - sad and...with pity?

Ivy.

Dangerous and broken.

The look, he doesn't expect, but he's on guard. Another manipulation of some kind, no doubt.

Trust no one.

Scars. Hash marks all over his arms and neck. Most are hidden by the straight jacket.

The smile says he's a smug bastard.

"They fixed the face. Guess that's proof beauty isn't skin deep."

Zsasz.

"You don't know anything about beauty."

"I know plenty."

It just so happens his idea of beauty doesn't agree with the laws of the land.
