Hearing these songs again is crazy. I'm not as attached to Chris's songs because I only heard them in rehearsal, but I started to remember the girls that I had written those songs about. I saw the MBJLM girl a week ago while I was walking around with Jase. Then you told me about the album being mixed, and sent me the songs. It's been so nostalgic.
It's also crazy when you compare "Summer" and "Autumn." "Autumn" is so stripped down in comparison, but we were all such better players by then that the music was still technical. I feel like we progressed as artists too. We've come a long way since Epidemic, and Burbank/Enigma 249 in your case.
i know dude can you believe it? in the next year-decade we'll have to make another album, 3 or 4 or 5 songs written by each of us. And then also one more album before we all die. but if i get REAL rich then when we get together to make the album ill just buy a house in hawaii and arrange for everyone to have paid vacations and go live in the beach house til we finish it.
