Consider a Ringworld / Riverworld conceptual fusion. [It's not strictly a crossover - it's more 'cribbing.']

After all, Heaven would have to be pretty roomy to house, what, thirty-six billion people for immortal time - but as Louis Wu said, “The Ringworld is big enough for anything.”

Oddly enough, I had considered a Ringworld/Riverworld cross-over way back when I first ran the Ringworld game in the 1980s. Even thought about it recently, as I've been looking over the game again. However, there's enough stuff to do on the Ringworld without confusing it with the Farmer lore. :)

And yeah, I'd love to wake up to that view every morning. Just neat. :)
