tell the same story over and over and yet somehow expand that story every time, but right now I've worked up an appetite and it's time for red beans and rice and some veggie tacos.

Kind of like life really! That's why the whole "you've always been here" resonates, because on some level its true. Everything we do and think is based on the past, and so our present, our future is based on telling our story again through a new set of circumstances.It's like how we understand why X that happened at age 5 still affects us. The story of our past is never eally over. It's like the tortilla is the past. The veggie meat is the present. The future however, the future, my friend is the cheese.
