No caffeine after 4pm; went around the lake twice today, one walking one running, got went to bed at 4am last night and woke up at 8:30am; took 2 benedryl at 9pm and a tylonal PM at 9:45pm; and I STILL CAN'T SLEEP!!!!!

Ok so I missed working out today. But still, it was a chill relaxing day, I got a great review at work, and I no longer have high blood pressure. (what with the working out and eating right)
