No matter how hard I try I can't find Cable/Deadpool slash! I've been looking for the past several days and there is almost none to be found! In fact, I have found a total of 6 Cable/Deadpool fics on the totality of the internet

Oh, also I think the lack of slash might have something to do with the fact that Cable is over 80 years old and Wade is covered in tumors.

Well, Wade had just been through a fight with pretty much all of the "Secret Avengers," and then had to throw down with Cable. And then there were those tranq darts that hit him in the face . . . twice. I feel like these things could result in wrinkly mask syndrome.

We were at an amusement park, if you can imagine, and Deadpool was throughly enthralled with the bumper cars. I think part of it went something like this:

"How dare you threaten the fun of all these happy-go-lucky go-luckiers! How could you possibly . . . BUMPER CARS?!!!!" *goes to ride the bumper cars*

Who wouldn't love Deadpool? . . . besides all those people he horribly murdered. And their loved ones. And those that kidnapped and held hostage. Except that Blind Al still loves him, which just goes to prove my point. . . . And I'll stop babbling now . . .

OMG! I totally sympathize! I had that fatal revelation about a number of fandoms. Not much of any Jonas slash, tragically little Spiderman slash that isn't Peter/Harry(yuck!) and NO GODDAMN slash for Hakkai/Goku (1 fic, I've read it). There are others, but I can't remember now, beyond a vague lingering sense of frustration. Which is odd, considering that you can find *Joel/Tom Servo* slash easily. ::shivers::

About 5 years ago, I was saddened over the lack of GetBackers slash, then the rest of fandom caught up, so maybe all you need to do is wait?

Wait a minute, there's really no Hakkai/Goku? I know there's tons of Saiyuki fic out there now, it seems insane that none of it Hakkai/Goku. How weird.

Stupid Joel/Tom Servo! Taking up fandom space that would be better devoted to our slashy desires!

Perhaps if we make puppyeyes some will give us the slash we want . . .
