Casanova? Why not? A resourceful Time Agent can probably find a way. Ditto Chaplin. Not sure why he wouldn't talk about them though.

Rhys? Why not, he's around and breathing. The complications though, he's right to keep quiet.

And Ianto is inevitable, of course.
