I'm back to LJ!
Due to recent changes at this site I've decided to start using my account again. The new policy changes and the advisory board are postive developments in the right direction and I"m no longer bitter at LJ anymore. Call it turning over a new leaf or whatever you want. Someone somewhere has been making some good choices.

Odd dreams, diet
Recently except yesterday and today I have lost all control of my eating. I eat constantly. I can't seem to stop myself. Every hour I feel like I'm starving and I just eat. I've gone way over my flex points this week. I will mostly likely gain again unless something miraculous happens. I really need to get a handle on this and I'm not sure how. I ( Read more... ) -
The Funeral of Debie Stubbs
Today was the funeral. I had never been to one and I had gone knowing it was going to be sad. I had also gone knowing that it would not be a pleasurable experience. Even though it was sad I am still glad that I went. It made me think long and hard about a few things. One was quite sad, was the fact that I didn't know Debie that well at all. Lost a Friend
On Sunday March 4th my friend Debie Stubs died due to complications of a minor surgery for her sinuses. She was only 40. No one really knows how she died. While during surgery her heart stopped all of a sudden. They finished the surgery after getting her heart started again but she didn't wake up. Health, writing
At my WI on Thursday I gained 2 pounds. I really thought I was going to lose this time. For some reason I can never lose 2 weeks in a row. I'm still struggling with my sleep cycle. I think one of the reasons I gained weight was because of my sleeping pattern. I sleep too long most of the time and then there are days where I'm up for a really long ( Read more... ) -
Voice Audition
Alpine Access had me do a voice audition so they could see what kind of phone voice I have. Several people have told me in the past that I have a good voice over the phone so I wasn't worried. All they did was ask me 9 simple questions and record my voice. It was pretty easy. They said I'll hear back from them within 10 days. Geez! 10 days! I ( Read more... ) -
Good news and then a few gripes
Good news! I dropped 0.8 pounds (that's almost a whole pound). I thought I was going to blow it this week so it was quite the surprise. Honestly I was looking for the proverbial towel rack (Simpsons reference).

Sister ate my Lasagna!! bad sister bad!
I woke up at 5PM (1700) and missed the whole day. Not like I would have done anything all that spectacular but I feel like I wasted a lot of time in bed. I wonder if it's depression related or if I was actually really tired. I slept for about 14 hours. And I do know that is too much sleep.
