Went to gym for Cardio whatever class on Friday during lunch. Yesterday, my neck was still hurting (one of the many parts that ached). Guess I was using the wrong muscles for the abs track. (><;

Aiyah, wat to do? So out of shape already… Not to mention getting old

Try pilates. Low impact, high intensity. Now that your AGE is catching up, pilates is also good at improving your flexibility. Wahahahah =D
