Went to gym for Cardio whatever class on Friday during lunch. Yesterday, my neck was still hurting (one of the many parts that ached). Guess I was using the wrong muscles for the abs track. (><;

Aiyah, wat to do? So out of shape already… Not to mention getting old

It's so frustrating!

Sleepy but yet unable to sleep.

The worst time to fall sick... sigh. Doc said I got fever too, in addition to the leaky eye, runny nose, cough, backache and headache.

I feel like just sleeping till it's all over but it's uncomfortable to sleep too...

It's so cold in the office that I'm getting a headache... ((=_=))
