Conversation along the road

I was walking along the pavement when a large influx of people coming from the opposite direction washed over me.  They were probably collected at the traffic light and was just released.  Winding my way through the crowd, I heard someone say,

"OOi, (Insert cool sexy name)! What happened to you?"

"Huh?"

"You look like you lost a lot of weight! Sick ah
