Baking for Passover

1 flourless chocolate cake in the oven - I'll let you know how it comes out. Considering that it has 3/4 lbs of 72% chocolate, 1/4 lb butter and 9 eggs in it, I think "rich" will be one of the adjectives

mom's cake has 12 eggs, 4 ounces of chocolate, and ground walnuts. chocolate sponge, fabulous. i'll post her recipe if you post yours. *g*

YIKES. I hope that cake has a whack load of sugar in it.
