Baking for Passover
1 flourless chocolate cake in the oven - I'll let you know how it comes out. Considering that it has 3/4 lbs of 72% chocolate, 1/4 lb butter and 9 eggs in it, I think "rich" will be one of the adjectives.
To those of you who celebrated the Feast of Unleavened Bread - Chag Sameach! To those of you who don't, I hope Monday is being kind to you.
(And yes, I did have to fend off a Whiskered Princess as I baked. She is WAY too interested in everything a human does. I just hope there aren't any stray whiskers in the dessert.)
