Power went out today. I was waiting for this to happen. About 30 sec later the generator kicked on and we have power. Internet and all.

I really wanted to get more work done this weekend but I didn't. I guess i am going to have to work hard and get things done tomorrow.

Generator Installed... they disconnected the house from the street and the thing turned on and powered everything... It was so cool...

Been working in code today but had to stop to load test a server. I HATE testing, they will hire someone but prob it is not until Q2 2010.

I love working from home. My back hurt so I took a break IN BED. Sitting at my desk with a cup of tea (Red Zinger) and getting things done.

Car Trouble - Isn't it funny how something simple like a dead car battery can screw up your day. Even working from home it wrecked the day.

Landlord and a plumber were in the driveway today. Landlord is putting a whole house generator in soon. We were told that he is thinking of a 20KW!!! We are going to be able to power the STREET AS WELL....

Bought a tree (9') and a wreath (5'), put both up and did some lighting on the bushes and bows on light posts. House looks nice...

Working on some code, cooking a pot roast, and loving the great weather today.

67"HDTV + Bose + Blue-Ray = Home Theater. Home Theater + Net-flicks with Blue-Ray = excited about movies again. Anyone for movie nights???
