Life has been crazy hectic lately. I think ive finally gotten to that point that Im just so overloaded that I want to scream, but dont have the time to even think about screaming. But I'm busy with good, very civic-minded things, so I really shouldn't complain about my lack of time ( Read more... )

Holy shit, talk about civic minded.

I'm assuming you were signing up non-felon prisoners to vote? B/c I thought felon's lost the right to vote for some time period? Please explain how that works.

Go you on the refugee paperwork. From my limited experience, their healthcare paperwork is a pain in the ass too and they have to get like all the shots you've ever gotten in your life in like a year, which really sucks. I can't believe they included an "is your wife a prostitute" question? Seriously WTF? I feel really bad for the women in those families b/c quite often its only the husband that speaks English. Can you imagine having your husband screen everything you say?

Case Endnotes is very clever. You'll have to tell me how that goes it sounds exciting. Perhaps to get your civics fix you could go sing at a nursing home or something! (J/k).

If I had more time on my hands I'd go to the nursing home you're going to sing at and make sure all the old people were registered so they could negate your prisoners by voting for my man and their peer - John McCain.

very true, only non-felons can vote, basically once you are sentenced for a felony you are removed from the registrant list until you re- register after serving your sentence. We only had to turn a few people away since it was a county jail.

We are serioulsy considering jamming at the nursing home haha
