SO...in the three days I've been off I have:

• Swam at least 30 laps
• Started my extnd. essay...and yes I really have started
• Looked online for scholarships
• Started applying
• Filled out job applications

And I get woken up at 8 friggin' 30 by my fellow Cabin 39 counselors who love me oh so much! It's always been my dream to wake up to a voice screaming my name! It has taught me a lesson though...never pick up the unknown phone number...never. Or Sarah and Lisa's number unless it's past 10 ( Read more... )

So today was my last day of work for the summer....so sad, but yet so exciting! I am definetly looking forward to waking up at like 10 instead of 6:45 and not having to scream at anymore little kids. BEing the extremely strange people we are, my family had a BBQ the day BEFORE the 4th of July. Don't ask, I was confused. Anywho it was at Alia's and they have a pool so I went in and while attemping to do a cannonball so I could get my little sister wet i slipped on the pool deck when I went to run and busted my ass. SO I got my Senior pictures back yesterday...OMG! It barely looks like me! They're so PRETTY! I can't wait till I get them ordered and what not so I can hand 'em out and stuff. Yep...that's me! I am Super Counselor! ::does happy dance:: See each week the unit gives an award for Super Cabin and Super Counselor. And that's right I was chosen as Super Counselor, I got a Crunch Bar for my efforts. Cheesy I know, but I am damn proud of myself and my cabin(we won Super Cabin too!). OK realized it's been a little less than forever. Anywho, my first week at camp was awesome. I got to go horseback riding for the first time and I've realized I'm pretty much getting paid for being a camper, since they feed me and dislike when I don't participate in the activities.
