*hugs* It's good to see you back around! (And good luck catching up! I usually have to just declare amnesty once I get behind a certain amount)...

Glad you liked the story! They were in an amenable mood...*cuddles muses*

Thanks for the birthday wishes, I had a great one! *throws confetti*

I know! Bruce came up with that line and I was just like, "Oh, Bruce." *eyeroll* He's cute when he's deliberately playing against type. :) Glad you enjoyed!

That was too cute. As a huge geek myself, I fully appreciate Clark's geekitude! Yay for LotR references!
I always thought that the Doom of the Elves was the saddest thing ever. I love the sea, but I don't think I could ever leave the forest (not that there's all that much forest around my house anyway >.>) for it. To be inexorably drawn to something like that when you have such strong ties to where you are right now would be almost too painful to bear. *sniffles stupidly*

So yes. Awesome job! :D And a birthday to boot! I hope I'm not too late for Japan, it's still the unholy early hour of seven twenty here. (*hides* I'm on summer break!) Happy Birthday!

Thanks so much for the birthday wishes! *hugs*

I love geeky Clark/Bruce moments, and oh, Tolkien's Elves just strike me to the heart. I loved that idea so much...

Glad you liked it!

I’ve been a bit of a lurker-fan of yours (via RSS) since the start of the year, and just yesterday got myself a LJ so I could comment on things. So, here goes.

As has been said, this is a very sweet ficlet. I love the way you worked in a memory of Clark's-it’s quite apt, in fact, as that’s the sort of thing you end up doing in a long-term relationship: sharing little tidbits of your life before them. I must say, I enjoyed Clark’s unromantic physics reference; Bruce just needs to look at it from a different perspective to see the romance. Sound is a wave, after all :)

Happy birthday, by the way,
~ Amy

*hugs* Hello, former lurker! Thanks for stopping by! :)

*blinks* It's true! I'm sorry now that Clark didn't point that out to him, lol. And I'm such a sucker for science being romantic. *happy sigh*

Thanks so much for the comment!

Bruce managing to be grumpy about Clark not being romantic enough totally cracked me up to write! :) Glad you liked it! (When's your birthday, by the way?)

Yes that tickled me to no end just because both those reactions are so Bruce and Clark.

June 16th I'll be 28 and I feel like I'm 30 already.
