Songs: Furniture, Eisley

I'm almost done with the first chapter of the last arc of "36 Views of Mt. Fuji"!  Yay!  :)

To celebrate I thought I'd put up a couple of songs that I've been listening to while getting started.

Furniture, "Brilliant Mind."  If this has a rather 80s sound, it's because it's from the soundtrack to...Some Kind of Wonderful.  But I don't think it's that

But I don't think it's that dated, it has kind of an Echo and the Bunnymen sound (Alas, I'm just dating myself further, aren't I?)

If it makes you feel any better, I'm rather fond of Echo and the Bunnymen and I'm only 21. I blame my father and Donnie Darko.

It all depends on where in the arc they fall, I suppose, but I think the tea leaves call for a happy ending after some drama. :) I'm having some problems getting them to the drama, however--they seem to prefer strolling around through the foliage and admiring each other. Go figure.
