Haven't had a chance to read this chapter, yet, but I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy this story. Please don't ever stop writing!

Aw...*blushes* Thank you so much! I'm having way too much fun to stop yet, that's for sure, especially with sweet comments like yours to keep me going. :)

And I liked the way you had Bruce assume the worst of Clark's question about Seio. It addressed nicely, for me, the bad fic cliche of making Clark narrowminded and/or homophobic, for no good apparent reason.

*blushes* It's a pet peeve, especially as a woman married to a boy from Kansas who's anything but narrow. I just can't imagine Superman judging anyone for their sexual practices--it's so far from heroic that he'd have to hang up the cape in my mind.

Bruce refusing to take the JLA seriously is a lot of fun. Silly boy....

I feel that Clark, despite any homophobia that might have been present in Smallville, would never feel that way. He might be uncomfortable, considering how difficult it is to be gay in this society, but he would never judge or condemn anyone for their orientation.

Good thing as he runs around in tights! ;)

Ah, that's a good way of putting it. He's a little worried and uncomfortable because he's surprised to find out he might be attracted to men, but he's not condemning of it at all...*nodnods*

I haven't read much Batman fic, so this use of Bruce in such a clever way is so wonderful! I really love seeing the alter-egos in action, more than the costumed side, so I got a big kick out of this. :)

Thanks! Yeah, one of the things I really enjoyed in "Deja Vu" was seeing Clark being awesome in his civilian clothes, so I can see that. :) The playboy persona tends to get neglected in canon (I think men find it very painful to write Batman as playing a silly fop, which is too bad!)

Brilliant. I love how Batman's plan needed to be cultivated from the very start, and how smoothly his Bruce Wayne persona managed the bumbling completion of it. ^_^ Fantastic planning on your part, since you're pulling Bruce's strings.

Also, I loved how he became so instantaneously defensive when Clark asked about Seio. I'm sure in both of Bruce Wayne's worlds there's a stigma of homosexuality being weak or feminine (since masculinity=power both in the corporate and superhero worlds), and no matter how open and okay he is with himself, I'm sure he'd have a hard time expecting others to able to understand. Even others he knows as well as Clark.

His honesty after the outburst was touching. Clark must've been melting inside. I sure was.

Great job, as usual. I'm completely in awe and already desperate for the next bit.

*bows* A lot of credit there has to go to damo_in_japan, who realized I was wanting to use Brucie there when I didn't and made me strengthen his apparent cluelessness. :)

Yeah...I always like to imagine a universe in which everyone is fairly naturally bisexual, but in a world where it's not, I would think Bruce would have to be careful about who found out Batman was gay, and would be very cautious and defensive about it. *pats woebegone Bruce*

More up near the end of the weekend if all goes as planned! Thanks so much for reading and commenting, you make my day!

oh, where clark wants to kiss bruce in the elevator! eee!

I know, I was totally rooting for him! Silly Clark...

Glad you enjoyed Bruce in this chapter, I had a great deal of fun giving him his sly revenge. :)
