Its good you have had such a breakthrough. Personally i wouldn't call you a lazy person, but this is about what you think :) Remember a certain amount of selfishness is a good thing. I am really happy that you have found a way for your cards to talk to you. I know this has been something that has been tough. Please remember that you do need to take some selfish time for yourself, be balanced. Balance is kinda hard to achieve. to me your house isn't dirty , just lived in. Which to me is much better then a clean show-house like my parents have.
