I just got back yesterday from a short vacay with my family in Las Vegas. That city is pretty intense. and very concrete. and extremely hot. but hella fun! We went to see Cirque Du Soleil's KA. Yes, folks, I'm off the ship. It was great and lovely and all that, but I'm glad to be on land again. The end of the contract was a bit tainted, however, because I broke the fifth metatarsal in my foot the very LAST cruise. So I didn't get to do our closing shows. It sucked. Sorry if i haven't been keeping everyone in touch. I am EXTREMELY busy right now. I got on the the Wonder last Sunday, and I have been working my ass off ever since. We've been starting rehearsal at around 7 am and going all day. We just finished putting everything on the stage with mics and wigs, so we'll be starting running the shows tomorrow. ( Read more... )

I'm having an amazing time so far in Toronto. My apartment is very nice, i posted pictures on facebook if you're interested. The rehearsal facility is also really amazing, Disney is really taking care of us. In just two days, I've made a lot of friends who I know will be really fun to spend time with. I think i get hangovers from NOT drinking, cuz i have a raging migraine, and i went to bed sober. for once.

I accepted my contract for the Disney Cruise. It's pretty awesome. I'm going to be making a lot of money, getting great benefits, AND not paying for anything. I have the opportunity to make more money as well, depending on how many understudy roles I get cast in. (since there are only 18 cast members, we all understudy each other.)
