Another tatsoi stirfry. The recipe comes from the Joy of Cooking, but we modify it so much that it's like a different dish.

4-6 servings

Place in a small bowl:
6 dried black or shiitake mushrooms.
Pour over the mushrooms:
1/2 cup boiling water.
