I thought about Scrabble tiles, but didn't want to use them so soon after alexpgp's entry... but never would have thought about doing them this way!

I liked the combination of the lovely comfort of Jill's mother's presence, and then the sharp, sinister ending. I wonder how bad Alex _was_, and also whether Jill's mother used to be that angry before she died. Intriguing questions!

Yes, I had that entry in mind, too.

Alex was pretty bad, but I also had in mind the "Supernatural" effect of ghosts becoming more bitter and evil with time.

This was great! At first I was feeling so wistful, thinking of how wonderful it would be if my Gram can communicate to me like this when she passes. Then you just went and got me :D Loved the ending!

I am really surprised I did not see that ending coming. (Although, I'm worried that Mum might jeopardize her place in the sublime location.) Love this.
