Sitting in astronomy class with Sean, I was reading my textbook instead of paying attention to the lecturer. He knows all his stuff but his lectures never seem to cover the actual material, because he talks about tangently related issues in a very free form way. I've just been reading up on NASA's new Moonshot set for the summer of 2020 called Project Constellation. It's not as ambitious as the Apollo project of the late 1960s, but at least it's a start. Scientists in Japan are going to create a new universe inside a lab. That's right, another one just like ours. Now universe creation is something usually reserved for God (or mastaurbation if you're Atum), but this time it's the Japanese.
