Every couple of weeks, the mansion or the people or both change for a few days. Those are events. They're based on our memories of home. Sometimes they're just annoying, but other times they're dangerous.

How is anything in this place possible? It's just part of how Wonderland works.

People lose their memories because of the events though. This world feeds on them somehow, but I don't know exactly why.
