A few thoughts on tonight's episode, FWIW....

Um... okay...

Was I the onliest only one who found this episode just a tad... er........ boring?

Sam, Rodney and Keller falling through a sinkhole and spending the whole episode trying to escape.

From what I have read on GW in the Anti thread and ep discussion thread no you are not alone. If Keller likes Rodney ha ha ha I hope she stays far far far away from Ronon hate that forced awkward ship. Thanks for the great indepth review.

I haven't been over there yet but I am glad to know I'm not alone. I thought I was being maybe a little harsh esp. since one of my friends posted a pretty positive review. There were some cute little bits but overall I wasn't too impressed. I never really saw any ship between Ronon and Keller, at least from that one scene. Not sure if she likes Rodney, it was kinda hard for me to tell from the end of the ep (but who knows, maybe she does 'cause of the way she was talking about Katie).

This is the first episode I've seen of season 4 and I only downloaded it because I REALLY wanted to watch it after Amanda's comments about her acrophobia. And I liked it a lot !!! Maybe you're used to better things from the rest of the season, I don't know ?!?
I wasn't bored for a second and liked how they had a lot of ideas for their escape - even though they didn't work out. The banter was fun all around and the "20 questions thing" between Sam and the doc was sooo akward (which must have been scripted), it was funny again. In case you didn't get it yet. I loved it ;)
And after hearing about Ronon/Keller I'm insanely happy I didn't have to watch that !!! Even though I missed Ronon :)

*points to avatar* As I told one of my other friends I think I was too hard on this episode. *hangs head in shame* I was focusing too much on the big picture and I almost overlooked all the little things

I rarely take Rodney eps seriously because ... well, it's Rodney !!!
I might even focus on the big picture more - if I knew what it was *g* But like I said, that's the only Season 4 ep I've seen so far and I'm not too spoiled on it. We're up to Carson dying in season 3 and that's it. After seeing that particular episode on Wednesday I was contemplating murder though. I knew he'd die during the season, but it was so incredibly sad :( I'm just glad that Keller seems to be nice as well. Will still miss Carson though ... and I'm getting way off topic, sorry :)
Wish I could see next week's episode as well :( You're lucky.
