I just read a couple of years worth or assorted tales from my life. I forgot that so many things had happened. The good and the bad. Deciphering my own cryptic stories of people I haven't seen in so long.

And damn, I've had a lot of fun.

I can say with complete confidence - that no one in the world loves food the way a vegan does. We think it about food constantly - we read labels with a Christmas Morning eagerness - searching for those deal breaker words - Whey, Egg Whites, Skim Milk Protein, Casein and sit around talking about food like the gals in Sex in The City talk about ( Read more... )

I wouldn't say I've found my niche, exactly.
I wouldn't even say I'm really close.
But I do know I am excited about life.
That I will eventually come to exist without consistent guilt or shame.
That I will always be able to pull joy from something, somebody.
That  I will laugh.
That the best is yet to come.
