I am genuinely boggled at people saying that he *didn't* win the popular vote and stuff like that. I mean, I didn't sit there and count them all no, but I'm pretty sure it's difficult to argue that he didn't at the moment.

(Also, I'd kind of hope that the birth certificate issue would have been looked into before he was allowed to become a serious contender in the election!)

I like your reply, btw! (You totally sound sane as well as making him/her look like a moron! :D)

I don't think your revulsion came through enough.

I was rased Unitarain (and I am the daughter of a woman who is a 5th gen minister) I assume everyone has had *some sort * of education about religion I am just relizing that they don't. I want to cry when people say things like 'all muslems are terroests' I mean the Korran asks you to submit to Allah - the bible pritty much asks the same thing. I think people miss that the three religions are interconected.

It makes me sad.

And of course that's not even gettign to the whole you can't have it both ways AND ignores the whole political thing...

This thing he's foaming at the mouth about has been circulating for quite some time... about BOTH candidates.

John McCain, you see, was also born outside of the United States, in the Panama Canal Zone, in a Panamanian hospital.

Not that I think either gentleman is not a bona fide US citizen, but if we're going to start probing credentials that would normally be accepted without a second look, it should go for both sides.

And why Sarah Palin was even allowed to run when she was previously member of an organization that advocated the violent overthrow of the US government (that would be the Alaska Independence Party, of which she was a member until quite recently)... at least enough to kick it out of Alaska and keep it out... that's another matter that should be looked into if we're going to start looking under everyone's rocks.

Is McCain a natural-born U.S. Citizen? Undetermined, says Snopes.

On the other hand, the disputation of Barack Obama's status as a citizen? False. Not to mention that a federal judge told the birth-... )
