California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger eliminated all of the state funding for domestic violence shelters.

Having had to save a friend in college from an incredibly abusive relationship, and working in high school with shelters, I'm raging.

Schwarzenegger? DIAF.

Excuse me, I'm to go scream into my desk chair.
