Had a fun and semi-relaxing weekend.  Got to see Christian perform in Grease, which was highly amusing.  In this performance he played Sonny, in the last one he played Eugene. ^_^  it was lots of fun.  Now Soph is in camp, Christian is romping at the water park with his friends, and Dad is at work, so it is veeeery quiet at the house ( Read more... )

Soo,  I've been home just about a month now.  woo-hoo.  Spent four hours mowing the bleedin' lawn today, then another half hour hauling all the grass shavings and spreading them between the rows of corn, as well as hacking down a few burdock with the hatchet.  All in all, a rather productive day.

Sunday, two days before I leave...

Not much to say, really...

Yesterday I was decadent and slept in until noon, mwa ha ha...that was very nice indeed.

Mum and Dad are driving down here tomorrow (thank you thank you thank you!) to come get me, then we are all going back up on Tuesday, and then I will be back home.  0_o    Whew!

It's been going pretty well so far; only a few minor tantrums, but I fear that the fact of Asia and Josh's departure has not yet sunk in, and there will be hell to pay once Arianna realizes her mommy and daddy won't be here to tuck her in or wake up with her.
