Tough choices

I have some tough decisions. I’m staring down the throat of potentially a really good opportunity to take up a contract and make some $$. The location is Long Island, New York - A place I have no idea about anything about it. I hear it’s expensive

Everything I've heard about it agrees - it's expensive. I'd guess it couldn't be too difficult to look up some home pricesin the area online, right? Find homes that compare to what you have right now (or are willing to live in), then figure roughly how much more that makes things. If you do decide to go, I hope it goes well for you. :)

Hopefully, it is near I-95. You'll need to hop the Island when the world descends into an orgy of urban rioting and/or zombies. My place will be safe. You can make it down if you drive hard all night.
