Tough choices

I have some tough decisions. I’m staring down the throat of potentially a really good opportunity to take up a contract and make some $$. The location is Long Island, New York - A place I have no idea about anything about it. I hear it’s expensive.

I have to hear more but if it’s the kind of money I think it might be, and I can find decent living arrangements, I’m so there.
