Jerms! That is awesome! Exercise in the morning is the perfect way to start the day. I work out every morning and the hardest thing is to motivate myself to get out of bed, but the one thing that ALWAYS happens is that I'm so glad I did it after it's done. It takes a lot of feeling that way for it to stick and become a habit but once it does, there is no better way to start the day (yes it is better than an artificial alertness from coffee).
The walk home was lovely! I had a meeting mid-campus at 4pm, so I was already almost half-way home, and Frank decided to walk with me downtown so as to provide me with excellent conversation and companionship.
