You just reminded me of one particular session I was in. I was playing a dwarf, in a dark cave, running for the entrance to get away from a particularly nasty beast. One of my teammates, a ranger with a bow and arrow, was standing at the entrance and laying down covering fire into the darkness. I was about 3 feet from the door, when the ranger rolled a 1, which resulted somehow with an arrow in my forehead.
