Please f-lock your posts..

*sigh* I advice everyone to make posts f-locked from now on because one of the girls I banned for the drama a couple of days ago (at least I am sure it is one of them and I think I know which one exactely) posted our url in the forum of torwart.de and even started to harress one of the posters who apparently also visits the forum of the fanpage and ( Read more... )

Hmmmm. I'm not really fond of the idea of f-locking everything by default. Of course if you have an open - or rather not fully closed community as in the case of jensdefense - there are always going to be fights from time to time. But this can also happen if the community is fully closed. And I always think that maybe there are some Jens fan out there who'd really like it here who are never going to find and join us because everything is locked. If I imagine it was me looking for info about something I'm into, then I'm not very likely to try and join a place where I can't simply have a look around first and see what it's all about, just because I'm curious this very instant. Yes, there is the community info and all that, but I think we'd basically be telling people to stay out instead of telling them: "Hey! Look what a cool place this is! Come and have fun with us!" Of course the nicht jugendfrei stuff should be locked and everyone who wants to lock her (or his) posts should do so. But I suggest we have a poll or something of the sort ( ... )

What you say and what I just wrote it's exactly what has me between two waters :/

In one hand I dislike the trolls very much, but in the other hand I think our support to Jens should still be public. Showing Jens Lehmann's good side it's the spirit of this community. Not to ourselves, because we already love and support the man, but for the others.

@Trampadoo: You don't have it easy, do you? :/

You know trolls hate daylight - so let's throw all the doors and windows wide open and let the light of the Lehmann shine! ;o)

Aaand I forgot to say: there can be people out there that are just starting to get to know Jens and are beginning to like him. Our comm it's very useful for showing them they have good taste ;)

The first paragraph --> Wait, whaaaat?! 0_0 what happened? What did I miss? Don't tell me that... oh come on *flails*

Turns out the poll has indeed been manipulated.

Huh?! Don't they have anything better to do? ¬¬

It's incredible the things this community has gone through. Of course this is the lesser (?)... but oh boy *sighs*
It's kind of sad everything will be f-locked now because there are things that should be for the general knowledge (like Jens' good actions that the general media is not so keen to show), specially for those who don't like Jens but still visit this community. But well, if it has to be done, so be it. I haven't read the torward.de forum yet but I don't like the idea of our comm being used as bait (nor the fanpage).
*Shakes head*

Let's just not get too paranoid. I think there's still more people who enjoy the stuff we do here than who hate us for it *g* And I don't think we're forced to lock everything. *points at comment above*

I remember I read this community in autumn 2006 mot being member of it yet. Maybe some people do the same now.
But some days ago I f-locked my Jens-related so-called "community" in Russian on other resource because I was tired of people only visiting but not joining us.
