This guy is the lead singer from O-Zone (the band that did that Numa Numa song). He apparently branched off and started making his own songs. This techno-esqe song is addictive and his attire is VERY 80s lol. The song itself is more like late 90's early 2000. Reminds me of something Eiffle 65 would sing lol. Enjoy.
