Just in case anyone has ever wondered...

Cell phones can be left out over night, covered in snow, and still work fine in the morning. Which is good, because unless you hear the ringing, it's pretty hard to find a phone under a blanket of snow.

there was an article a few months back about a guy who put his iPhone thru the washing machine -- and saved its life. not sure i want to try either that or snowcamping.

They can usually make it through a wash cycle too if you take them apart and dry them out completely!

Wyatt lost his in the snow - we had to buy an new one :(
We are making him work off the replacement cost.
