How do you feel about chocolate chips in your peanut butter cookies?

Hmm... I think trying to add peanut butter to these would change the dough too much. Peanut butter chips might work though, as long as I didn't go overboard with them.

I really enjoyed "Understood Betsy." Wonder if I still have a copy? (What? I reread "The Secret Garden" over the weekend. Children's books that are worth reading are still worth reading of you're over 40 ...)

I wanna put chocolate chips in peanut butter cookies, but my beloved doesn't like 'em that way. He likes his peanut butter cookies and his chocolate chip cookies, but separate.

But I'll probably make plain chocolate chip, or plain peanut butter, sometime this week.

You've seen the Chocolate No-Bake recipe, right? You can also leave the cocoa out and end up with peanut butter cookies. Which is what I might end up doing.

To many ideas, not enough time.
