Those are tinsnips - go figure! Exactly what I use for cutting all my boning. Amazing things. =P

Jenny, Vincent says to tell you they are "snips" or "aviator snips". Pretty simple eh? I use snips too, very sturdy indeed.

Its going to fabulous! I'm loving the blue/yellow combination.

And thats what I use to cut my boning too! I have no idea what it is called, but it was the only suitable thing I could find at walmart.
