Jenny do please put your pretty new muff in the freezer for a week, to kill off any possible moths. I bought a second-hand muff once, and that is what started my plague of moths.

Oh great idea! Charlie (what can I say the muff needed a name!) is now happily hanging out in the freezer! A week you say, that is long enough?

According to what I read, a week is sufficient. Then give him a good brushing, or a shake in the open air. Then enjoy!!
