I've been watching the Stargate shows. And re-watching some of the Star Trek spinoffs. All TiVo'd.

I believe you can torrent most of the Blake's 7 run,

No healthy netflix addiction? I dont netflix, but apparently some people do.. backup/buffer/copy the dvd's, and so always have a bunch of stuff waiting..

besides the scifi stuff, I watch a hefty dose of how-to's, myself.. all depends upon what you're into..

anyways lots of stuff is coming back real soon now..

Jericho (2nd season), LOST, etc. etc.

I don't know if it will be any good but Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles is also starting.
