I just love it when the Schulkil is so borked that it fucks up other traffic routes. I pretty much crawled down Kelly Drive today because a large portion of the 76 traffic got off at Kelly Drive and proceeded to jam it up the whole way into Center City

Did you guys have an exterminator inspection before buying? If not maybe it wouldn't hurt to have somebody come out and take a look at the place. Of course that's more $$. Maybe keep an eye out for other signs of critters (like droppings and such) before you do so. It just as plausable (especially with YOUR cats) that they truely are just trying to drive you insane. But if it IS underpants gnomes... I want photos!!!!

Sounds like you've got mice. That is *exactly* what our cats do and tar be mice within our walls.

I don't think you necessarily need an exterminator if you're not seeing any. The cats will likely be an exterminator for you. :) Sahara loves hunting mice and she's gotten 4 or 5 so far this season. Poor things. They're so cute!

Mice are insane creatures. They can squeeze through the most unlikely crack in your walls. It's truly amazing. Since you have professional exterminators already, I see no reason to go pay some guy. Unless the thought of coming home to your cats playing with it bothers you. Understandable.
