I would consider this bunch of images a straightforward, almost documentary approach to photography... without having much hand in what is happening in front of my lens. . .
My only concern is that this approach is sometimes lacking something. However I have a special relationship with light that i will never abandon.

my brother, a marine. 22 years old, a newlywed, served 8 months in iraq from february of 04 until september of the same year.
and now he's going to serve 6 more months starting in august.
