I've decided to upload my artwork...
Hello everybody!!! Now, I don't really have any friends on here or...anybody watching me, but for those few people who just happen to come across my journal I thought I'de share my artwork with them. So here's the first piece I'm uploading. I call it:
Delusions of Grandeur
It's an older piece of work (created just slightly before Harry Potter and the Half-blood Prince movie came out), and was drawn for Mugglenet's Fanart subject of the Month of May: Malfoy.
This is a combination of book and movie Malfoy (I used Tom Felton as a reference). I know I could've done better with the portrait, but I didn't want it to look exactly like T. Felton (though he is a cutie, just wanted a bit more bookish character).
The only use of blending tools is found in shading his skin. For everything else, I blended with pencils only (took forever ).
I'm somewhat pleased with this.
Medium: Graphite-mechanical pencils: 4H, 2H, HB, 2B, 3B, 4B, Ebony on sketchbook paper
Size: Approx. 8.5 x 10 inches
