• Moving - I am going to Mississippi! Since it could take between three and six years to finish my PhD (I am assuming it will take around four if there are no major problems, but sometimes things go horribly, horribly wrong) I am going to be there a while. And here is where I will be living!

It technically belongs to my parents (because I have almost no credit history and would find getting a loan difficult), but my name is on the deed. And in a year or two we will refinance and put my name on the mortgage as well. I think that's when I officially Become A Grown-Up.

Whoa! Moving? That's... news to me alright! Good luck with everyone! I definitely know how chaotic it will be, but things will settle gradually, relatively speaking. As for job and school, yay!! Congrats to you! You will do fine with the teaching. You are one intelligent and funny person, so I'm sure you'll make FreshComp fun!
