I went for a cuppa in the hall after Mass today and was chatting with J.  She was there with her daughter, son-in-law and 6 week old grand-daughter.  She told me something that really shocked and angered me

Don't take heed of the opinions of those who neither know you or matter.

Some people really need to learn to keep their noses in their own lives.

In my personal situation I have no opinion on breast vs. bottle but I believe it's a choice made by the parents and their business.

My mum recently got a hard time from a supposed friend because my surgery date is when she'll be away. This woman would "never leave my daughter to have surgery when I was on holiday". Said woman's daughter is still at school. I'm almost 30 and married, plus your mum has very kindly offered to take me in should I need looking after. The holiday was booked long before it was known II'd need surgery and they are trying to move the date.

Just mentioning it to illustrate that people love to pass judgement when they know nothing abnd have no right to do so.

Never let idiots like that make you feel bad and don't use that pharmacy if possible.

You did your best and you know it. It didn't work out. So what. It didn't work out for me either. DONT feel bad. What were you supposed to do? Keep going til you were both ill and getting sent to the dreaded Ninewells. Now take this as a telling off from Little Sis. And give Chuckles a kiss from me.
