Yesterday was my family's Easter celebration. Sam and I had to make appetizers, and we decided on gougères - pâte à choux with cheesy, savory dough and no filling. Sam's angry at Gaia/Mother Nature/the world because spring is sprunging but I am so excited! Which isn't to say that I dislike winter - I don't at all mostly - but I love spring, especially early spring when it's still a little chilly but the flowers are blooming.
