Yes, you have always been so openly emotional with everyone around you & that's beautiful & inspiring! I will miss you so much, Jen! I really can't believe you're leaving, but it's important for you to move on in your life & see what else is out there...I really hope you know how many of your friends hold you in such high regard, & how many people you've touched...not only with your smile that lights people up inside & makes them want to sit into the night & keep company with you until they pass out, but your intelligent insight that throws a light on the hearts of your companions & everyone who surrounds you...
thank you both so much for the kind words. it means a lot to me to hear this coming from you. juliet, the talented cynic. i am glad to know you. and i am glad that you liked my stuff. and i am glad that i still have access to your writing online.
josh, i am so touched. do you know that you were one of the first people in town to really be my friend? you're neat. keep on being that.
heh heh twon no seriously this is one of the best things youve every written i think its something im gunna write down and read again through out my life i love jen!
i love mary! a new friend of mine dwon here handed me a guitar and the ntold me that i have a really nice voice. i told him that he shoule meet you. you might have to learn some patsy kline or dolly parton, though. come visit me.
whoosh i know where you're coming from, but that twinge of solopsism (however minute) can eat you alive like that patriarchial vagina moster from prehistory
patriarchal vagina monster from prehistory? wow. i've never quite heard it put like that. but i do think that i have experienced the being eaten alive by it before.
and yes, mint leaves. jen schwiezer (did you meet her? she's my best friend) left me a few sprigs of spearmint on my windowsill one day. it was exactly what i needed. much like many things that she did for me.
