I'm so tired. Like, all the time. I've been really busy at work and I've been dealing with minor- but seriously aggravating- health issues for months. I feel like I'm getting better on the health front and things are finally evening out at work a bit. So I have great hope that I may actually stop feeling so freaking tired and crazy soon ( Read more... )

I watched the entire series of Spaced over the weekend.
With the Homage-O-Meter on? I did that over a week or two once I got the DVDs. Which would make it my third time through the series.

Sometimes. I didn't realize it was an option until season 2.

Only the third time through? I would have thought you'd watched it more often than that. I got in the habit of watching an episode of my BBC America recordings whenever I was bored and really didn't feel like watching something else. In fact, I think that's the one thing left on the hard drive of my old Tivo.

I have so many new things to watch; I don't rewatch when I'm bored!

I love the homage-o-meter. I saw them at ComicCon.

Saidly, when I went to watch HIMYM I got this gray screen. Why wouldn't it record, dammit!

I got a little crazy at JoAnn Etc. last year right before Halloween. They were having incredible sales. I'm thinking my little pumpkin garden tealights on their mini-shepherd's hooks would be cute outside the motorhome. Last year, I had envisioned them leading trick or treaters down the walk to my door, but that didn't happen. So maybe leading me and my parents back to our campsite at the end of a day at the parks is better.

Florida? If the wedding is indoors, there will be air conditioning, and you might be glad of a wrap! I always bring a sweater or blanket when I visit my parents' church in the summer and fall.

That scarf looks really pretty!

Mine is a bit bigger and dark plum. Rather than using the lovely and expensive yarn the designer used, I used $2.50 Bernat Satin. The really nice thing about that pattern is that it's incredibly adaptable to yarn substitutions and size alterations. Plus the pattern is simple enough that it's easy to do, but not so simple that it's boring. I made a few errors, but I don't think they're easy to spot. Except for one- I failed to do one of the dropped stitches in the second repeat or so. One of the solid bands is a bit thicker than the others.

I hope you feel better soon- I hate that constant tired feeling, and health issues are never fun.

I'm insanely jealous of your frequent trips to Disney. I am still trying to convince the Husband that we absolutely need to go and soon. I love Disney and really want to get back again, as an adult, before any children we may have arrive (which is a ways off yet)...

I hope you'll share your pictures.

Also, I'm dying to see your Halloween decorations- I adore Halloween.

I got about three hours of sleep the night before last and a blissful six hours last night. Guess which night left me more tired the next day? I think I'm getting both the health issues and the resulting tiredness under control a bit, though ( ... )
